There are no fees to park or to use the Trails.
How do I get to the Backcountry Trail?
There are currently eight trailheads, the first and most well-known is the Catman Road trailhead located at 3801 Orange Beach Blvd.
When is the Trail open?
The Trail is open during daylight hours.
Are dogs allowed on the Trail?
Yes, leashed dogs are welcome on the Trail. Please clean up after your pet.
Does the Trail have a bike rental shop?
The Trail does not have a bike rental shop, but there are multiple bike rental businesses located in Orange Beach and Gulf Shores.
Where can I see Lefty the alligator?
Lefty is a native alligator and can be seen along Rosemary Dunes Trail, if she is not hiding.
Can I take a golf cart on the Trail?
No, golf carts are not allowed on the Trail.
